Fresh, Local, Organic Produce
Our menu will now showcase local produce & cheeses from nearby New Jersey & Pennsylvania farms, including Blue Moon Acres, Graiff Farms, Branch Creek, and many others. Chef Craig Levy is inspired by the seasons and is committed to supporting local farmers. Complementing Chef Levy’s cuisine, Pastry Chef Steven Amador creates refined, seasonal, delicious desserts.
As we implement Farm to Table we will be making more frequent changes to our menu.
