RõCCA Free-4-All Promotion Official Rules:

· Any guest that dines during Dinner Service in the Restaurant and orders a MINIMUM of THREE entrees will be eligible for the drawing.

o No other requirements are necessary.

o The Market at RõCCA, Lunch dining, To go orders, and Private Parties are excluded

· The drawing will be held monthly, on or about the 1^st of the month.

o First drawing is April 1, 2009

· Prize Winners will receive:

o A gift certificate valid for dinner for four, valued up to $100.

§ Must redeem certificate during the month of drawing

§ Value not to exceed $100.00 per dinner

§ Redeemable Sunday through Thursday ONLY

§ If not redeemed during the specified month then the certificate is void and will be forfeited

§ Any check balance over $100.00 will be the guest’s responsibility

§ Any remaining balance (unused portions of the $100) will be forfeited. No credit balance will be issued.

§ Certificates not redeemable for cash.

§ Gratuity (tipping) is appropriate and appreciated.

o The winner’s name may be posted in the restaurant and on the website

· If 2 couples/families dine together:

o They can decide amongst themselves whose name will be entered into the contest, or enter both names on their entry. If the couples/families choose to enter together, any winnings will be shared.

· Entries must include the guest’s name, phone number, AND email address.

o In lieu of an email address the guest can provide a physical address.

· The entry will be submitted on the back of the guest’s check for the evening.

o A manager will submit the entry into a secure, locked box upon determining eligibility.

· A certificate will be awarded to the winner

o The certificate will include details of how and when to redeem their prize.

o The certificates are non-transferrable to individuals other than the prize winner.
